TAKE OUR 3-MINUTE SURVEY TODAY!
Operation 3-Minute has been developed after seven years of research and over 75,000 soldier surveys in our database.
Here's the bottom line of why the Leadership and Resiliency Report exists. We want to help you, the soldier, improve your personal and professional life in all areas of potential resilience issues and help junior leaders know their soldiers.
Issues in the Army today, such as suicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, divorce, and financial devastation can be avoided. However, it is important for each of us to know our attitude and belief system about such issues. Based on our research data, this system and related reports will provide three services for you: identification of your attitude, a better understanding of your beliefs, and predictable life choices.
The good news is with this report there is a life outline and guidance tool to help you alter your attitude, beliefs, and improve life choices. It is time for us to become PROACTIVE in resilience prevention instead of REACTIVE. It is time that we become the best leader in our home and our unit by improving our attitude and move away from our stinkin' thinkin' and/or our excuses for bad behavior.
During a 7-year pilot program, Real Life trained Chaplains and other Officers embedded with more than 75,000 troops deployed globally. The mission: improve leadership, communication, and collaboration, as well as help soldiers learn how to recognize the stress triggers that lead to poor choices, putting themselves or others at risk.
What we also learned, as a result, allowed us to crack the "violence code." We were able to identify, with a high degree of accuracy, the soldiers who, under stress or distress, may intentionally engage in behavior that are harmful to themselves or those around them.
